If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and the item back-ordered, unless you request otherwise. We will notify you when the item is again available.
For speed and economy we ship via UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx (Federal Express) and Affordable Overnight. Urgent orders can be shipped “3-Day Express”, “2nd Day Air” or “Next Day Air” upon request, including Saturday delivery. All shipments are insured and shipped FOB our Los Angeles, California warehouse. A $6.00 per order handling fee applies in addition to regular freight/COD charges.
Terms and Credit Policy
Initial orders are sent COD or Prepaid. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Net 30-day terms are extended with approved credit. To establish an open account, please submit a credit application. Allow 30 days for processing. Past due accounts will be subject to a finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% per annum). Payments in US funds only. Delinquent accounts lose Net 30 privileges and become COD or Prepaid. There is a $25.00 charge to your account each time a NSF check is processed.
All California accounts must have a valid signed Resale Card on file. Sales tax will be charged on California accounts with no Resale Card on file.
Guarantee and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you may return the unused item within 10 days for credit or refund. Please obtain a “Return Authorization” from our Customer Service Department before returning any merchandise. Please check all merchandise before using. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless defective or due to our error.
